A three storied building with total 12,658 sq. ft. carpet area with 6 well equipped laboratories, 4 lecture halls, one Library, one Seminar hall, and Office space for teaching and administrative staff. The Indo-American Hospital, Chemmanakary is the Parent Hospital. The College is affiliated to Government Taluk Head Quarters Hospital, Vaikom, the Ernakulam Medical Centre, Vennala, Ernakulam and the Holy Ghost Hospital, Muttuchira.
